We sell hand-cut meats three ways: in-person at the counter, local delivery to greater Cleveland, and cold-chain shipping to Ohio and four neighboring states. Pick whichever works for you — every order is cut to order, never pre-packed.
Pickup at the West Side Market
Our counter is at stands E-8, E-9, and E-10 in the east wing of Cleveland’s West Side Market. Order online and we’ll have it cut, wrapped on butcher paper, and ready behind the counter when you arrive.

Local Delivery (Cleveland Metro)
Same-day delivery to ZIP codes within roughly 15 miles of West Side Market — including Lakewood, Tremont, Ohio City, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, and University Circle. Orders placed before 10am Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat ship the same day; later orders go out the next business day.

Cold-Chain Shipping (OH, PA, MI, IN, WV)
For customers outside the Cleveland delivery area, we ship overnight via UPS and FedEx with insulated coolers and dry ice. Shipments go out Mondays through Wednesdays to ensure your order doesn’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

If something arrives damaged, thawed, or just isn’t right, call us at 216-241-5764 within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll replace it or refund. Fresh meat doesn’t get a second chance — we’d rather make it right than save the order.
